BREEAM & LEED Air Quality Testing
We provide Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) sampling and assessments to assess the presence of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) dust particulates

These VOCs may affect or harm the environment or occupants health and the levels of these chemicals are part of the overall environmental requirements.

The presence of unacceptable levels of VOC may be due to a variety of causes including the wrong specification of paints finishes, sealants or indeed the failure to adequately ventilate prior to or post decoration or adequate employement of environmental controls.

We can provide a fast cost effective and accurate assessment of 380 VOCs and their levels to ensure health and safety or build compliance.

Typical LEED sampling in accordance with US Environmental Protection Agency:

   Chemical contaminant             Maximum permissable concentration

            Formaldehyde                                 50 PPB
              Particulates                                   50 micrograms M³
         4-Phenycyclohexene (4-PCH)               6.5 micrograms per M³
Carbon Monoxide                                9 ppm but <2ppm above outdoor levels

We also undertake  air sampling  to identify the  presence of over 380 possible chemical contaminates.  Please see pdf list of chemicals sampled for.
